Great place to relax and refresh a couple of days. Friendly and highly professional staff. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Cosy, clean rooms. Wonderful time spent in the pool area, you can feel real relaxation indeed (especially early in the morning when there was no one there). The hotel left overall good impression and desire for coming back.

Nice located hotel with acess to excelent, but not crowded thermal bads . Staff friendly and helpfull. We've got nice room with terasa straight to the guiet garden with nice trees, very quiet area . Breakfast was very good . Bad Düben is nice small city. We might return soon

If I could give 11 out of 10, I would do so. The room, the food, the exceptionally friendly staff, the pools and saunas, and the garden were perfect. The whole atmosphere was nice and relaxing.

Breakfast was excellent. We were travelling with young children and they were well catered for. Access to the spa from the hotel works well

We enjoyed the stay. There were not so many people in the swimming pool and sauna because we arrived on the Sunday evening. The parking has enough space and the restaurant was great.

Breakfast was exceptional. Sauna and spa facilities very good. The room was very comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful and there was enclosed, secure storage for our bikes.

Soa is lovely and staff are friendly. We loved the ground floor patio, it was great with dogs.
